password problem

Hi everyone,

I have a problem with a live mail account of a friend.
Her password doesn't work anymore.
Is the account haking???
So she decides to reset it but:
- she has no rescue mail account
- she has not the rescue question
So the account is out for now.

What can I do? is there some live mail technicians to solve my problem?

You can contact Windows Live ID Services for help with this sort of thing:

After clicking the link, choose any option from the FAQ on the left, then choose 'Get more

Good luck. Note that it's pretty normal to require some communication back and forth before
