Patch 816093 Repeatedly Installs - I do not have the MS JVM Loaded

Windows Update Processes this update every day....In the Update window it
succeeds, but I get a Dialog stating "Can only upgrade and existing version
of Microsoft VM" and then requires me to restart computer and go through the
whole process again.

I AM NOT RUNNING THE MS-JVM, nor was I ever in the past. What is causing
Windows Update to detect the VM that' isn't really there?

How do I uninstall Microsoft Virtual Machine?
