patch has already been installed!

The same patch tries to install everytime that I run the
auto update...KB835732. I have tried to remove all keys
regarding it in the registry and rebooted and then re-
downloaded it and then rebooted and it still wants to
install it again. I'm still on SP1 since I can't get
past this one. Does anyone have any sugguestions?
