Patch KB909095 Avalability on WSUS 2 SP1

Hello,

Can someone please tell me if patch KB909095 is available for deployment via
an in house WSUS version 2 server? If so what classification is it listed
under? Also, in the future is their a convenient place to find this
infomation?
