Patch KB932246 will not install

I'm having problems running some software including adobe pro 8 and Rosetta Stone. The patch tells me after I start to run it that that patch is not compatible with my system. However it should be. I have an Ultimate x64 bit OS system with all the other patches up to date.

Interesting I tried for fun the 86x update for the same patch and it got the same error. Maybe Vista thinks I have a MAC....

Any fixes for this??
