I have a lab consisting of 100-150 test mahines and builder machines.
I want to update the missing patches as well as i want to schedule it on the
tuesday.

Note :- We have already SMS deployed in our domain.

Can any one give me information on how to do this all without using SMS?
I am using windows xp professional SP3 machine and i am using MBSA to find
missing patches.So can anyon tell me how to apply/deploy patches without
using SMS/WSUS on multiple computers.

Depends what you want to do exactly. If the machines have internet access, you
could configure Automatic Updates to install updates automatically, either using
the control panel, group policy, or the registry settings. Of course this will
result in a considerable amount of internet traffic, as each machine will have
to download the updates separately.
