Seriously - it's freely available to you granted you meet the following
requirements:
a.. Windows Server 2003 SP1 or later
b.. IIS 6.0 or later
c.. Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0
d.. Microsoft Management Console 3.0
e.. Microsoft Report Viewer
(All on one server.)
If you do not meet those requirements, perhaps WSUS 2.0 might be better
suited for you at this time:
