Can someone else confirm this problem:

In 'Environment Variables' under 'System Properties' create a User
Path string that will force the concatenated Path to be greater than
1024 characters. Open cmd.exe and type Set. Does anyone else notice
the truncation of the Path string?

Also, create a Path string under 'System variables' such that it is
greater than 1024 characters. If there is no User Path string the
System Path string is not truncated but if there is a User Path string
then the System string will be truncated. (As viewed from typing set
at a cmd prompt)

I have applied KB 935765. Is there a fix for this?
