Hi!

I've been trying to get the security component upgrade at this link
http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=34506 in order to download videos from
vongo.

After clicking on the update button, an error box pops up saying:

"Windows Media Player cannot play the file. If the file is on another
computer, verify that you are connected to the network. If you typed a path,
verify that it is correct. If the problem persists, the server might not be
available."

I've re-installed wm10, reinstalled vongo, deleted the contents of DRM,
turned off all firewall stuff (all of that not necessarily in that order),
and still can't get it to work.

What can I do?

Thanks for any help!

Joshua
