Pc and System Recovery doesnt work

Hey guys and girls :

I really need your help here!!..
My PC wont start onto my Desktop, the only thing you can see is th
"System Recovery", and the "System Recovery" doesnt work (it won
repair)

The computer did shutdown while i completed an programinstallation
probably a virus?:

And "bumping" only works in web interfaces. This is a newsgroup, not a
forum. They only leach off the Microsoft newsgroups. Wish the OP and all
others using the web interface would get a life and us a true newsreader.
