PC-Cillin and SP2

I use Trend Micro's PC-Cillin antivirus program. Since installing Service
Pack 2, I can no longer update PC-Cillin--the feature is now grayed out and I
don't get the automatic updates. The Trend Micro website is, as usual, of
little help. Anyone have a solution to this? Thanks in advance!

Tried uninstalling/reinstalling PC-Cillin?

Adding a program exception:

1. Use an Administrator account to log on.
2. Click Start, click Run, type: Wscui.cpl , and then click OK.
3. In the Windows Security Center window, click Windows Firewall.
4. On the Exceptions tab, click Add Program.
5. In the list of programs, click the name of the program you want to add,
and then click OK. If the name of your program is not in the list of programs,
click Browse to locate the program, and then click OK.
