When I connect my PC to my TV there is NO colors in the TV! Otherways the
picture and sound is ok. I use a S-video-Scart -cable because there is just
scart in my TV.
Maybe the TV can't separate the signal when it comes together from the
computer?

What adjustments should I do in my PC?

I have a TV I bought when I was in Holland and when I came back to the U.S. I
experienced the same thing. I found that of the 3 SCART inputs, only one is
digital.

I tried to run my DVD player through one input and the cable STB through the
other and only one is in color. I tried designating all inputs as digital
but no luck. So I have my stereo receiver be a "router" for all my video
inputs and using the video output from the receiver to the one digital input
to the TV.

I hope this helps.

It happened to me once and what i did was to run the media center setup again
(my tv only has composite input and my graphics card only has s-video output,
so I'm using a plug that is s-video/composite) and when it asked me what
cable i was using set it as composite (previously i had put s-video) and the
color turned on. Hope it helps.

This usually arises when the signal from the PC is S-Video and the TV is
expecting Composite (AV).

Check that the TV Scart is actually capable of receiving S-Video. Often
only one of the Scarts accepts it and the other accepts RGB, so maybe try
another Scart socket on the TV.

If the TV can't accept S-Video, change MCE to output a Composite signal as
Gabriel suggests.
