PC crash during SP2 installation

My computer crashed when I installed SP 2 and now I can't download it anymore
and I don't know how to fix it. I can't download any updates anymore and
Microsoft Office isn't working too.

Can someone help me fast ?

Because I have to do an urgent homework and Microsoft Office doen't work.

Either Uninstall SP2 from Add/Remove Programs, or use System Restore to get
back to before it was installed.
