I think i didn't make myself understood, well, this blank screen appears with
the only muse pointer during the process of reinstalling the operating system
when once installed or loaded the windows files to prepare the computer to
set up the programs on the cd, it restarts but when the logo of windows
appears it stalls with only the mouse pointer and the black screen so windows
cannot start the setup or the installations of progams, I checked c: with
fix-it-all software and it remains intact but when I tried to fix the problem
with the recover console and I got error messages like" the masterboot is a
non-standard mbr, the file system might be corrupted. I don't know what else
to do since I do not have recovery disks,just the operating system, windows
xp professional. I hope this time you understand what I said, excuse since my
first language is not english.Thnaks anyway.
