pc-tv.tuer (adcom) not installing on xp

plz solve my problem i have window_xp sp2 when i install tv-tuner card
internal of adcom it canot be configured it gives error message
AppName: pc-tv.exe AppVer: 0.0.0.0 ModName: unknown
ModVer: 0.0.0.0 Offset: 00000000com make ,
so plz send solution.
