If your using imaged machines, it could be a SID problem. I would suggest you
use Sysprep to before you image your machines to ensure you get unique SIDs
for every imaged machine. For the already imaged machines that are not
showing up you could use regedit on these machines and go to
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Curr entVersion\WindowsUpdate
and delete the following:
"PingID"
"AccountDomainSid"
"SusClientId"
then retart the two services (or restart the PC) and by the next day your
mystery PCs should start showing up in WSUS.
You can also force them to register rather than waiting for them to appear.
wuauclt.exe /resetauthorization /detectnow
Hope this helps!
