pcwizard 2008 on windows vista 32 bit home ed

Please, can someone explain me why pcwizard 2008 doesn' t run on Windows
Vista 32 bit home ed SP1 ?
http://www.cpuid.com/download/pcw2008_v186.exe this program before the
instalation of SP1 and IE8 ran.

I got it from the above link.
I use it for XP Pro SP3, and Vista Home Premium SP1, with no problems.
And it does NOT need to be installed in any prior compatibility mode.

BUT, I don't use BETA IE8
What error messages?

I don' t see any error message, the program is always in the hardware
detection step.

Mine comes out of it, and sets up normally, after that scan.
When I installed it, I right-clicked on the setup.exe and "Run as Admin"
I installed from there.

Did you just open on site, and download it?
I downloaded it, saved it to computer, then opened on on the computer.
When I run, all I have to do is ALLOW it to run.

I have no problems with running it on Vista Home Premium SP1.
