Hi Bob,
Assuming you have already configured the firewall correctly and unblocked
ports that are required for a successful connection as the device was
earlier synchronizing with the copmuter, the first step would be try and see
if a soft reset helps. If not, go to the Control Panel and try repairing the
WMDC installation.
