Hope this post is in the right place here... I have been looking for a
PDF maker that is freeware . I have tried Adobe's site Adobe.com to
create PDF's and found it to be sluggish.
I am a past Acrobat user... yet I was version 5 or 6 and it would not
transfer to VISTA without issues ( and grief from Adobe). So I ought ,
time to go shopping.

Can any one recommend a PDF Maker that is reliable... can do ~ 30+
pages at a time, etc.

Thanks ( and please advise if this post is in the right place, as a
general discussion topic).

regards,

For Microsoft Office 2007 I use the free "Save as PDF/XPS" filter. For
other apps or older versions of Office I have used both CutePDF and PDF995
with no problems.
