pending requests script error

I show that I have 2 pending requests. Each time I click on the link to see
what those requests are I get a series of "error running script on this page"
messages and thus can never see who is trying to add me and cannot accept or
decline. I've rebooted and tried again and always get the same errors. Any
ideas? Any other ways to see who's trying to be added and to accept them?

Have you tried to uninstall Windows Live Messenger, reboot and reinstall
Windows Live Messenger, to see if that helps?

Also have you tried reinstalling Windows Script 5.6 for Windows XP at:
