Perfect Server Group Policy

I am running WSUS 2.0 and am looking for the perfect Local Group Policy. I
need the updates to install with out asking for Promps. Then send a notice
that the server needs to be rebooted.

I enabled and disabled all the Windows Update Policies on our W3K servers.

It still promps me to install then reboot the MS updates.
