Performance information and tools

Hi

The performance information and tools no longer displays my base score and
windows experience index. How can I can all the information restored ?

Is the option available to refresh it?

There are refresh options and right click does not want. i can't select
anything on the page

Sorry wrong typing. I meant to say there are no refresh options and I can't
right click or select anything on the page

problem.
