Performance says tghe these sys is slowing down my computer they are
"netbt.sys" and "nsiproxy.sys" , my question is do i really need these.

Basicly noone knows with your "long" description of enviroment wether you
need those. =)

More important now is that ignore those messages after you have sent beta
bug report. The performance indicator has been adjusted now to trigger alerts
so that driver developers and companies can tweak their drivers etc. So it
has all to do with debugging. Surely you can try updating your network
adapter drivers to latest vista versions if they exist.
