Permission denied for deleting

Trying to load Twain vista update for Epson scanner,I deleted old thro
control panel. when I checked windows file Epson scanner was there with
date11/10/2009, clicked on that to delete the usual notes come up "are you
sure etc." when I confirm another note says"Epson scanner you need permission
to delete this" and gives date 02/11/2006,
I am admin for this computer,, no other users ,try the retry but same still
the same
Any body got a solution how to get shut of it please.

Create a *real* super-user account!

You will be unable to do certain things using the limited admin account
that Vista provides for you, because it introduces limitations.

Either search for the info, or use this URL.
