Permission

I am trying to delete an unwanted prog, but I get a box on screen telling me
that I need permission to do this. As I am the only user of the computer,
who do I need permission from?

When you say "delete a program" what exactly do you mean? It's extremely
rare now-a-days to NOT remove an unwanted program via Control Panel-Programs
and Features...

What He Means You ****tard Is That When You Delete A Program The Program Is
Deleted From The Computer. Just FYI. If You Go And Try To Run The Program
Again, Just FYI, It Has Already Been Deleted So You Can't Run It Again
Because It Is Gone. Just FYI.
