permissions re minidump

using windbg i am not able to open the minidump or memory dump files because
I do not have permission. I gave my username full rights but the message
still appears. I used to be able to open this in xp so i assume there's a
permissions issue I am not aware of.

on the startup menu in search, type msconfig when the window pops up go
to tools.....about halfway down you will see disable UAC click on
it and then reboot. This should solve your problem
