Hi,
If the folder has a system designation, then you would need to self-elevate
to modify or delete it. In some cases, they may be protected system folders
that cannot be removed. To self-elevate, right click on a link to explorer
or cmd and choose 'run as administrator'. In normal runtime, even admin
accounts must intentionally elevate to manipulate system folders. This is
part of the system protection mechanism that prevents malware from using an
user account's privilege level from altering system files without the user's
knowledge.
What folders are you trying to remove?
