I'm trying to allow someone else to VPN to my new computer, but it's not
working. It seems like we have everything set properly as before, but don't
we have to allow a remote connection on this new computer? I haven't done
anything like that. If so, where do I find it?

If you're trying to use the Windows "accept incoming connection"
thingy. Then you will have to open port 1723 on your firewall to the
"listening" computer.

But as the other guys said here, you are better off using Team Viewer
('TeamViewer - Free Remote Access and Remote Desktop Sharing over the
Internet' (http://www.teamviewer.com)) or Logmein (www.logmein.com).
Both are free and a lot easier to use.
