Persisted Download?

I have two questions about things in my Windows Update Log....

1.) I see this message in there "Found non-managed non-WU Service registered
with AU" Is that anything to be concerned about? Why would a non WU service
be registered with that?

2.) It always seems to say that I have one more persisted download than I
should have... I am currently all up to date according to MS"s Update web
site, but the log still shows this message "DnldMgr Retrieved 1 persisted
download jobs." I have tried shutting off and restarting auto updates,
thinking that would clear it, but it still is there...

Any input for either of these would be great. Thanks.
