Persistent Pop Ups

I am also having the same problem with pop-ups, computer crashing, and spy
spotter accidently got downloaded. Can you help me? The msn blok pop ups
don't block anymore since the spy spooter was installed. How do I delete this
down load? I can't find it anywhere. Thanks!
