I'm having exactly the same problem and I've been googling for it for months
now, but so far, no solution.. Mybe there'n applicaton being an ass..
I'm running NOD32 as a virusscanner.. how about you?
I've allready had a problem with NOD32 screwing with the snmp service, so
maybe it's allso screwing with this?
