pest found deep within system

Inadvertently found pest in drive C.Instructed to run this batch in safe
mode=C:\PPCleanDeleteAtReboot.bat Having difficult time,any help,please?

This along with alot of other reasons are being given as to why I cannot
download any updates into my computer......I have no idea who this Billyyyy
is???

1. Download the HijackThis program directly to your C: drive.

2. Execute Highack this and save the log file.
3. Visit http://www.hijackthis.de/ and Browse to submit your logfile. Click
Analyze
4. Wait a few moments-a report will be returned to your web Browser.
5. Watch what you "fix" as some files reported to be "Nasty" may simply be
files that are unknown to the HiJack This folks.
