Pfshing Add on and Weather Add On Dissapear

Both of these items disappear after they are installed. They appeared at
first and then I received messages in Norton Internet Security that there
are errors in 6 temp files--created by the installs--I reinstalled 3
times--which said it could not find a file called msvcr.80.dll. It appears
that there are a number of files that need this .dll and can't find it???

Anyone else experience this?
