I recently upgraded my Vista Premium to SP2 and then uninstalled SP2 since
one of my applications was not working with SP2.
Now that a patch is available for that application (which I have downloaded
and applied), I wanted to upgrade to SP2 again. I did so and was notified
that it was installed correctly.
Yet, when I look at the System window from the Control Panel, I see that SP1
is installed. And when I look at the Control Panel | Windows Update | Review
Update History, I see that Vista SP2 was installed successfully (on the
second installation date).
What gives?
