Philips VOIP 433 crashes WLM, need help!!??

Hi, I have a big problem, and I can't find any help!
I bought a Philips VOIP 433 DECT phone and when plugged in the MSN Device
Manager appears, everything seems ok, but when ending a call WLM freezes and
I have to "end process" and restart wlm to signin again, really annoying!
Have tried reinstalling, and also tried with 8.1 beta..

What could be the problem?
