Phishing email can't be "unblocked"...........

It's an e-mail I forwarded to myself from another newsgroup with URLS I need
for cripes sake.. how the hell do I unblock it?

Hi,

Assuming you're using Windows Mail, click tools/Junk mail options and remove
the address from the blocked sender's list and adjust other settings as
needed.

Tools, Junk E-mail Options, Phishing, uncheck "Protect..."

Try attaching the message or include the content in *.txt file then attach.
