Remove the Activesync settings on the phone again and start over (with the
comptuer powered off :-) ) something has to be amiss. If you have a
self-signed cert, make sure it's correctly installed on the device. Don't
set up an activesync partnership on the computer - you don't need one to
sync data if you've got Exchange. Note that you're probably better off
posting questions like this in m.p.windows.server.sbs
