Phone syncs with computer but can't open program.

I'm having a problem with being able to open active sync after phone syncs.My
phone syncs but wont let me open the program to use any of the features.It
worked well before .I have uninstalled and installed many times .Sometimes I
can get it to work right after install.The program will show up.But when I
reboot program won't show. I'm running XP Pro service pack 2,Active sync
4.5.I get no errors either Please Help Thanks

Hi,

If the phone is synchronizing correctly, try accessing the registry under
the following location on your computer:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows CE Services

and change the value under "WCESMGR Windowplacement", you can try setting it
to

0,1,-1,-1,-1,-1,0,0,0,0

And click Ok to save the value. Close the window if its open and double
click the ActiveSync icon and the window should appear correctly.
