Photo Gallery not working

We have been using photo gallery and it has been working well. Lately it has
been looking itself regularly and is now not allowing us to open pictures or
do anything other than rename them. Is there a fix to this problem?

Error Checking your drive may fix that. Rightclick the drive icon in
Explorer, and Properties, Tools tab, Error Check

Thanks for the info Mark. I have done the error checking and photo gallery
worked for a few changes (rotating pictures). When viewing a slide-show it
was fine for a few, then the picture screen was white. When then opening a
picture the first one opens, when clicking to the next picture the main
screen doesn't change, but the thumbnail does change to the next picture.

If WPG is not allowing you to open pictures how do you use WPG to rename
them?

Have you recently installed any programs?

Which firewall, anti-virus, anti-spyware or security suite is installed?
There are some that cause problems which don’t always appear immediately.
