Photo Gallery - Permissions problem

I have scanned in a few documents on my HP scanner, and Photo Gallery
puts them in C:\Users\Documents\Me\My Documents\My Pictures. But when
I browse there in Explorer, I get a Permission Denied error. I can
right-click on the folder and confirm that my current user has the
correct permissions.

I have to log in as Administrator in order to view the documents.

Is this a problem with Photo Gallery?

Add "Take Ownership" to right-click menu in Vista

But the permissions say that I (as the user, not the Administrator)
have the correct permissions. I suspect that either Vista or Photo
Gallery are doing something screwy. Seems like a bug. I have
screencaps if needed.

You may be using an account without a password.

Do you want to fix it, or do you want to "But"?

Creating a cute way to Take Ownership is not fixing it. Its just
addressing a symptom of the real problem.

I have a password on my account. I'm also a member of the
Administrators group.

I suspect that Photo Gallery is doing something since its the last app
to touch that folder.
