Photo Gallery Skips Photos when clicking "next image"

I am having a problem with my photogallery application. The problem isn't the
order of the photos in the folder, but photogallery is actually skipping
pictures all together. So even if (for IE) photo 1,2,3, and 4 are in order,
the photogallery (when i click the next image button) will skip to say, 3,
then 2, then 3 again. Its order isn't always the same but it's rather
frustrating. Anyone know a fix for this? Perhaps it's a bug, cause google has
shown a few others having the same problem.
