Photo problem

I downloaded a photo to screensaver, and subsequently deleted it of the
system. The problem is, the photo keeps popping up everytime I shut down. I
get the 'windows is shutting down' page and then the photo flashes briefly
before shutdown. I have searched the system for the photo but can not find it
anywhere.
Any suggestions would be gratefully received

I am sorry that you are hitting this issue. This does not seem like a Windows
Update problem. Perhaps these other newsgroups would be more helpful:
