Photo upload control url not working

There is no response after i click the install now tab.

Is there any other way to download this? I do not receive automatic prompts,
nothing, to download the upload control tool in windows live spaces.

I upload photos to my Live Space often, I notice its a bit slow when doing
it on Vista, especially for first time if you doing it from a new computer.
I suspect this is because the Internet Explorer 7 Phishing Filter is
checking validity of the software itself for any malicious code.The prompt
should eventually pop up as a banner, click it and it should it should
install, just that you won't see any indication. Refresh page if looks
nothing is going on.
