photo uploading and downloading

I am unable to attach any photos to my messages. I get a message telling me
that I have no photos in the file, and there are photos there. Then a little
box appears and says I have a new format and the converter is downloading but
nothing happens. I use to be able to sent photos in attachement but it just
stopped.

Also when someone sends me an attachmets I never get it open. It says that
it is downloading but there is no information in the little box that pops up.
No time left no transfer rate all that information is just blank and the box
just stays there for hours doing nothing.

PLEASE HELP I AM GETTING FRUSTRATED!
