i need this to get my photos of digital camrea i think? any other ways? help?

Realize that this is NOT the right News Group for this question. This News Group is for
dicusssing MS Windows Update and patching the OS and components.

Get a USB memory card reader. Then you just remove the memory card from the camera and
insert in the memory card reader slot and you access the card like it was a "G:" or "H:"
drive.

In the future please post your question in a News Group that *best* supports the problem you
have.

What kind of camera? Does it use a flash memory card? Get
a card reader and don't bother with trying to use the camera
as a drive. Windows XP has the software you need built-in
to download from card reader.

BTW, your post is almost useless it is so vague.

Actually, the problem is related to SP2. After I installed SP2, none of the
USB ports work. Specifically, when I connected my digital camera (Canon
PowerShot S70) using one of the USB ports, the computer recognizes the device
as a "digital camera" but thinks the camera device is busy and unable to
access it.
