photoshop problem

Hello,
I just installed photoshop, but when i try and run it, I get a message saying:
You are not allowed to continue because your account does not have proper
priveleges. Please log in using an account with administrator priveleges and
try again.
The problem is, I am logged in as administrator already, any ideas on this
one?

Xavious, have you tried right clicking on the PS icon and selecting 'Run as
Administrator'?
