Pick time - not working

I have this message showing me that Automatic Updates is on:
"Your computer is set to receive security & critical updates
automatically.
Pick a time to install updates."

But nothing happens when I click that link.

FWIW, I have just upgraded from SP1 to SP2 and accepted the
recommendation to use Automatic Update.
