I copied pictures from the My Pictures folder which was on my desktop
computer whose OS is Windows 2000 on to a CD. I then imported the pictures
from the CD to the Pictures folder on my laptop whose OS is Windows Home
Premium. All the pictures are in .jpg format. When I try to view the
pictures on my laptop, some of the pictures are viewable in the thumbnail
and some just show the icon of the program that is being used to view
pictures. When I click on the icon, I get the message: Decode error!
Quantization table 0x00 was not defined. I would like to know how to remedy
this problem.
