Right click the Windows Vista Start Menu button > click Explore All Users >
Programs > Microsoft Office > right click Microsoft Office Access > click
Copy > right click again > then click Paste. Rename that copy of the icon
Office Access JJ for example. Close the window > go to All Programs >
Microsoft Office > right click Office Access JJ and click Pin to Start menu.
