PLAS service??

Hello, I have just had Vista Ultimate installed on my computer from home
premium. Since then I have had a few errors I don't understand but this
one here came up yesterday and now keeps coming up when I restart. Does
anyone know what this is, where it's coming from and if I need it?

Don't you think it would help more if you were to actually tell us what
the error message said?
